Small Business Saturday Celebration Events

• Judy will be at the shop all day making custom beaded earrings. She has an enormous selection of beads and charms. These make perfect gifts for teachers and friends!
• Shirley will be helping you get those old projects back on track. Most of the time the hardest part of getting back into a project is just figuring out where you left off. Search your closets and under the bed...let's get them done!

Felted Christmas Stocking

Now is the time to knit the Christmas Stocking that you've always wanted hanging on your mantel.

We will be learning the two-handed method of Fair Isle Knitting.

This stocking is knit in the round using size

10 1/2 and 11 16" needles. You will also need size 10 1/2 double pointed needles and 3 skeins of Galway yarn.

Fair Isle is fun, easy and quick to learn. when you are done you will have a treasured family heirloom.

Please preregister as class size is limited

Sock Club
Sunday October 27 12:00 - 4:00

Bring your favorite sock pattern or choose a new one here. This month we will all have a choice of 15 exciting colors of Malabrigo sock yarn to choose from. Bring your size 1 - 3 needles and get started using this new addition to our assortment of sock yarn.

Crochet Flower Necklace

We will be making the Flower Necklace using DMC Perle Cotton and a size 1.9mm crochet hook.

Now is the perfect time to starting making Flower Necklaces.

This is the perfect project for holiday gift giving.

Knitting Bootcamp

It's time to get your knitting into shape and shrink that stash

Join our weekly Knitting Bootcamp at The Continental Stitch!

Beginning October 5th through

October 27th.

We will be open all Sundays except Sunday October 6th.

Choose 4 classes in one month for $50

Please preregister as class size is limited

Dig through that stash and find the three projects that you are most interested in finishing and bring them to Bootcamp. Make sure to bring your patterns and needles that go with your projects.

We will get you back on track and completing those projects in no time at all. Knitting Bootcamp is guaranteed to shrink your stash by 2" in just one month!

Florence Socks

We will be making the Florence Sock using Noro Taiyo sock yarn. The lace in the sock creates a delicate detail. Bring your size 1 or 2 needles.

Crochet Baby Booties

This month we will be making adorable baby booties that resemble high top tennis shoes. The booties uses 2 colors of Jarbo Soft Cotton  yarn and size E crochet hook.
